Welcome aboard! We are glad that you are part of the 34th Annual Lansdale Day, Antiques and Arts Festival, Satrday, June 4, 2011, from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Main Street, downtown Lansdale, PA. Rain date will be Sunday, June 5, 2011. Additional information can be found at www.rotaryclubofnorthpenn.org, which is updated regularly.

On Saturday morning, please report to the Madison Avenue parking lot at your assigned time. Look for the Check-in table (under a beige canopy) located at the corner of W 2nd & Wood St. Please stay in your vehicle and wait your turn – walk-ups will not be honored. After you are given your check-in packet and preassigned spot you may drive to your assigned space to unload. Once you have unloaded, please return your vehicle to the Madison Avenue parking lot for the remainder of the show. Parking is free where the meters are painted red. All vehicles must be off the street by 9:45am and all exhibitors should be ready to go by 10:00am. There will be NO packing up until the close of the show. Breakdown will commence at 4:00pm at which time you may retrieve your vehicle and return to your spot.

I have sent posters/postcards when requested. They are a wonderful way to advertise your participation in the show. Your efforts and contributions to the show are appreciated.

Remember, this is a quality show. To keep the public coming back, the entire show, including each individual and booth, must reflect a "we care" image. Tables must be draped or skirted top to bottom, boxes hidden from view, and artful placement of items to be sold add a touch of class and professionalism to your display and attract buyers. Be sure to secure items that could be affected by a breeze or wind. The use of a canopy is strongly recommended. Reminder, we rent spaces only, so bring tables, chairs and canopies, with the exception of upper end sponsors.

Other events during Lansdale Day include: live entertainment; new car show; petting zoo; Rotary Raffle - grand prize of a Disney Trip, as well as cash prizes; children's activity area; and three food courts. Porta-Potty locations throughout Main St.

In case of severe rain, a decision will be made at NOON on Friday and a recorded message will be at 215-699-8117.
