RAIN DATE INSTRUCTIONS
Extremely severe weather only - Raindate June 6 Please do not call before Friday, June 4th and ask what decision are we going to make.
In case of rain, a decision will be made by noon, Friday, June 4, 2010, and announced on WNPV Radio (1440AM) starting at 1:00 p.m., Friday, or you may call for a recorded message at 215-699-8117.
Our goal is to proceed with the show on Saturday due to the extensive planning that goes into this event. The rain date is Sunday, June 6, 2010 only as a last resort and the weather conditions must be extremely severe.
Noah's Ark must be sailing down Main Street to cancel.
Canopies are strongly recommended as they protect you and your exhibit from drizzle or extreme sunshine.
If Saturday is "iffy" we still go for it.
